Our History
Convertex was born in 1997 from an intuition of its founder who, thanks to his textile experience, understood the conditions necessary to create an exceptional company:
an interconnected network of weaving, dyeing, printing and finishing factories which, with their cultural and technological impact, makes it possible to satisfy the most demanding expectations.
Guided by the passion and attention of those who embraced this ambitious project, Convertex was able not only to establish itself but also to consolidate the quality of the product over time, both nationally and internationally.
How we work
We operate as a warehouse wholesaler to meet your demands for sportswear, theater, swimwear and entertainment.
Our stock availability allows us to process a considerable amount of orders, even small ones, within the day, guaranteeing our customers a fast and reliable service.
For underwear, however, we operate as a converter, designing our RR Collections and exhibiting them at dedicated fairs or directly at the offices of our national and foreign customers.
The latest developments
On July 7, 2021, Convertex srl established its American subsidiary, Convertex Inc., a company based at 880 West 181st Street, Manhattan, 10033 New York.
In fact, we believed that the conditions for receiving appreciation also from Broadway theaters and Hollywood film productions were there and we have reported some of them below

The CONVERTEXPORT 2018 project, with which Convertex srl aimed at strengthening the foreign component of the turnover of its “RR Collection” underwear line, has obtained merit recognition from the Regional Directorate for Economic Development and Productive Activities of the Lazio Region.
The financial contribution granted was € 21.000.
The project was divided into
- 4 foreign missions, Russia, Poland, Belarus and Ukraine, and in the participation in the Interfiliere Paris Juillet 2018 underwear fair where the RR Fall Winter 2019-2020 collection was presented
- 3 foreign missions, Russia, Poland, Latvia, in which the RR Summer 2020 collection was presented.

The project
CONVERTEXPORT 2017, with which Convertex srl aimed at consolidating and developing the foreign turnover of its "RR Collection" underwear line, was deemed worthy of contribution by the Regional Directorate for Economic Development and Productive Activities of the Lazio Region.
The financial support was established at € 23.050,40.
The project was divided into 11 foreign missions, participation in the two sectoral fairs of Paris Interfiliere (Juillet 2017 and Janvier 2018), ICT efficiency improvements and the renewal of the Oekotex certification.
The 11 foreign missions were carried out in
- Russia, Poland, Latvia, Southern France and Northern France for the presentation of the RR Fall Winter 2018-2019 collection
- Russia, Poland, Latvia, Belarus for the presentation of the RR Summer 2019 collection
- Northern France and Latvia, the presentation of the preview of the RR Fall Winter 2019-2020 collection
